EcoEridania, a group specialized in environmental services for waste of healthcare and industrial origin, has acquired 75% of the Tuscan Go Green, a company founded in the province of Pisa in 2016 and active in the transport and disposal of solid and liquid waste and in environmental remediation.

The Arenzano group, founded and led by Andrea Giustini, has thus finalized the sixth acquisition envisaged by the Twister project, the company’s growth plan which envisages investments of 700 million euros by 2027, to strengthen its leadership in the reference markets .

New entries into the group

Go Green therefore adds to the group’s recent acquisitions, including Irigom (treatment of end-of-life tyres), Delca Energy (reference player for the recovery of materials and the production of alternative fuel), Officina dell’Ambiente (a company that invented Matrix, a family of certified secondary raw materials used in all green building and green road sectors) and, finally, Semataf (among the main operators in Italy in the reclamation and treatment of industrial waste).

The activity of the Tuscan company, engaged in the intermediation of environmental services as well as in the tanning and paper sector on micro collections and services to production companies, «is integrated – explains a note – with the plant engineering of the Genoese group on the territory and in particular with Tecnoambiente, EcoEridania’s waste treatment platform.

Growth strategy

«The implementation of the Twister growth strategy continues successfully – states Giustini – which, thanks to an important investment plan, aims to strengthen our leadership at a global level and further strengthen our operations in the waste sector”.
